When designing these fine wooden rugs, we chose some of the most popular quilt patterns to create a product that is both functional and beautiful.

WRUGZ™ are created using high-quality birch adhered to a non-skid foam backing and protected with several coats of polyurethane varnish.  This process makes WRUGZ™ water resistant as well as making them a breeze to clean.  Simply use a damp cloth to wipe away a stain.  The foam backing provides a cushion to reduce strain on legs and feet.  Use them in your kitchen, laundry room, entry way or bathroom.  WRUGZ are so durable they will outlast fabric rugs by far.

WRUGZ™ measure 35" x 23" x 5/16" and are available in a wide variety of patterns and colors.  WRUGZ™ are 100% handmade.  Each one is unique and made just for you, when you order it.  We also offer Stories in a Square Originals, unique one-of-a-kind patterns that are sure to please.

When we first started offering our WRUGZ™ for sale, many of our customers said that they were so beautiful they hated to walk on them.  Well, we took that idea and ran with it.  We took all of our popular WRUGZ™ patterns and put them in an attractive frame and offer them at an attractive price.

FRAMZ™ measure approximately 19" x 19" and are made of the same high-quality birch as our WRUGZ™.  We then protect the final product with several coats of polyurethane varnish and finish it off with a beautiful beechwood frame.  The result is a durable product that will brighten any room for years and years.  Like all of our products, FRAMZ™ are 100% handmade.

The great thing about FRAMZ™ is that each pattern is interchangeable.  This allows you to hang your favorite quilt pattern for much of the year and change it out with one of our Stories in a Square Originals when you decorate for the season.  Plus, almost all of our patterns come with two hanging options, for a nice variation to the basic look of the design.  Check out our FRAMZ™ page for details.
